Mark Sullivan will be a featured guest speaker at the 2009 Chilly Half Marathon & Frosty 5k Pasta Party on Saturday, February 28, 2009 beginning at 4:30 p.m. at Paradiso Restaurant, Pine and Elizabeth Streets in the Village Square, Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

Mark will also be hosting the 2009 Chilly Half Marathon & Frosty 5k Friendship Run at the Burlington Running Room on Saturday morning, February 28, 2009 at 9 a.m., and will be available to answer your questions on training and racing, as well as offer advice on injury prevention, stretching techniques, and other specific aspects of running and walking.

And, don't forget to look for Mark on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon at the Hilton Garden Inn, the site of the race expo!
