Mark Sullivan will host the 2010 Pre-Chilly & Frosty Fun Run / Walk on Saturday, March 6, 2010 beginning at 9 a.m. at Travelodge Burlington On The Lake, 2020 Lakeshore Blvd., Burlington, Ontario, Canada. This event is presented by VR PRO and is sponsored by Coffee Culture Café & Eatery and Travelodge Burlington On The Lake.

Mark Sullivan will also be a featured guest speaker at the 2010 Chilly Half Marathon & Frosty 5k Pasta Party on Saturday, March 6, 2010 beginning at 4:30 p.m. at Paradiso Restaurant, Pine and Elizabeth Streets in the Village Square, Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

And, don't forget to look for Mark on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon at the Travelodge Burlington On The Lake, the site of the race expo! He will be available all weekend to answer your questions on training and racing, and running and walking.

You can catch Mark Sullivan at 2010 Boston Marathon Expo April 16 - 18. Mark will be at booth #2740 promoting the Philadelphia Marathon. You can stop by and talk to him Friday, April 16 from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m., Saturday, April 17 from 4 p.m. until 5:30 p.m., and Sunday, April 18 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

MAY:

During Ottawa Race Weekend (May 28 - 30, 2010), Mark Sullivan will be available numerous times to answer your questions or discuss your training or injuries. Mark will be at the expo both Friday, May 28 and Saturday, May 29. (E-mail Mark for exact times and locations.)

Mark will also be participating in the Running Room Friendship Run at City Hall on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. as well as appearing at the expo on Saturday afternoon beginning at 1:30 p.m. at the Philadelphia Marathon booth (booth #207).
